I'm Sarah, a registered practitioner and a proud member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association (CSTA) based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

My journey to becoming a Craniosacral Therapist began when I personally experienced the transformative power of CST. 

Dealing with health issues and stress, I tried various therapies without much success until I found Craniosacral Therapy. The profound relief and improvement in my overall well-being encouraged me to delve deeper into this healing practice. 

I underwent training with the College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy (CCST) in London, further fuelling my passion for alternative therapies.
